SELECT CONTROLLER:

STANDARD DUAL CONTROLLER- The control unit receives a signal from the sight-glass sensor, which turns on the controller and supplies air to the venturi to move the material. Adjusting the air pressure at each regulator controls how much material is conveyed during the load time.
OVERFILL DUAL W/LOW LEVEL ALARM [Add $315.00]- The Overfill Timer is used to fill the hopper. This allows fewer load cycles per hour when smaller shots are being run and creates a greater buffer when running the larger shots. The Low Material Alarm is used to know when the material source is empty or is not feeding. This will sound the siren alarm can will illuminate an optional strobe light.
SELECT MATERIAL PICKUP:

STANDARD ACCELERATOR (AC-5150)- Select when non-abrasive material will be drawn from a vacuum take-off such as on a hopper. Aluminum construction. This unit is 1.25" adapted up to 1.5" at material hose connection.
STANDARD WAND (WN-6150) [Add $110.00]- Select when non-abrasive material will be drawn from a gaylord or barrel. Aluminum construction. 1.25" wand with 1.5" hose connection.
UPGRADE 1.5" WAND (WN-6150S) [Add $118.00]- Select when hard-to-flow non-abrasive material will be drawn from a gaylord or barrel. Aluminum and stainless steel construction. This is a true 1.5" wand. This option may delay shipment of your loader.

THROAT MOUNT TO IMM- 5.75" x 5.75" base, material exit is flush with bottom of plate.
FEED HOPPER MOUNT 2IN- 5.75" x 5.75" base with material exit extending 2" below flange to prevent overfilling hopper. Includes vent plugs for optional venting.
DRYING HOPPER MOUNT 6IN- 5.75" x 5.75" base with material exit extending 6" below flange to prevent overfilling hopper.
MOUNTING PLATE PATTERN:

- To have your loader arrive ready-to-run, we can drill the mounting pattern in the base plate. Please specify the hole pattern and bolt size or leave blank to drill your own holes.
