Upgrade your existing Autoload or competitor's pneumatic loader with this advanced control. This unit is compatible with all previous generations of Autoload standard and Overfill controls. Just remove the existing control that is held on by one nut and put this in it's place. No wire nuts, no crimp terminals, everything terminates directly to a board mount connector. Works with 120v or 220v solenoids and power supplies.

The advanced control incorporates a clever electronic control that adds features such as:
  • Overfilling (add up to 30 seconds of load time after the sensor detects material)
  • Audible and Visual alarm if you've run out of material at the source
  • Visual indication of operating status
  • Optional strobe light to alert operator if in alarm
  • Improved control box mounting
  • Control one or two material sources from the same hardware

Each Autoload Collector Box comes standard with a 1.5” outlet which the Autoload Accelerator (venturi) plugs into (accelerator sold separately).
Collection boxes are available with up to 6-outlets and each box comes with a Universal Mounting Plate to accommodate up to a 6x6 square bolt pattern on a drying hopper.
